The grapes are hand- picked and processed with great care. After fermentation in new and used Schaffhauser oak barrels and biological acid degradation, a five-month batonnage (stirring the yeast) takes place on the yeast store.
A classic Chardonnay with apple and pear notes, accompanied by beautifully integrated roasted and yeast aromas. The batonnage gives this chardonnay a luxurious, creamy taste. With its persistent length, this Chardonnay is a real pleasure.
