VINIFICATION
After spontaneous maceration, the wine is matured for 1 year in used French wooden barrels. It is then bottled in its natural state and given a few more months to mature in the bottle before being released for sale.

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS
On the nose, the wine impresses with a fruit bomb of cherries, raspberries and strawberries, accompanied by pepper and violets. On the palate, a juicy spiciness initially comes to the fore, which is then replaced by fruity aromas of raspberries and sour cherries. A harmonious, not overloaded Pinot Noir that can be enjoyed by wine novices and experts alike.

SPECIAL FEATURES
It is important to us that this Pinot is bottled as naturally as possible. That is why it is bottled unfiltered and thus retains all its wonderful flavors and characteristics that reflect the terroir and gentle winemaking.
