The selected grapes for this cuvée are left on the vine until they are fully ripe.
Winemaking
The various grapes are hand- picked and subjected to traditional mash fermentation separately. After the cuvee blending, the Undercover is made by tasting the selected wines for a long time in order to find the optimal blend.
Characteristics
Velvety tannins and a massive body. On the palate there are tobacco, vanilla and rum pot aromas to taste. A long, never-ending finish makes this wine to be remembered for a long time.
Aging
Stored in American oak barrels for around 2 years
