In September at the beginning of the grape harvest.

Winemaking

The three grape types are pressed separately and very gently. After a 48-hour cold period, a cool fermentation is initiated. This creates elegant and fruity aromas. There is a fine feeling required to make this type of wine.

Characteristics

A pleasant interplay of fullness and refreshing fruit aromas of peach, apricot and grapefruit. A real pleasure of white wine until the last sip.
